There are so many things I could add here, I will just start out by saying Outstanding! If you are thinking about selling or already paired with an agent, I would suggest you...Stop! Contact Michelle, with a couple decades of experience, attention to detail, compassion and understanding of the entire stressful process, she is second to none. We had a complicated situation, purchasing a new home prior to sale of the an existing home. Michelle was thoroughly involved through the entire process of both transactions. Always available, ready to answer any questions, and her clients are her top priority. I have no doubt this experience would have been a stressful disaster for my wife and I without her support. We are now settled in our new home, the existing home has been sold and we are forever grateful for Michelle Ritson!

My mom lived in Florida and was diagnosed with pancreas cancer on March 3. Mom met with Michelle on March 12, 2024 to put her home on the market. Because of Michelle's knowledge of the Florida market and her negotiating skills we were able to close on mom's home on June 18, 2024. But it was all the work that Michelle did during those 3 months that puts her above the rest. I moved mom up to PA, it was Michelle that was my eyes and ears in Florida, making the appointments with the inspectors, roofers, electricians....ect, whatever was needed. She even returned the Comcast box! And when the roofers had replaced the shingles, it was Michelle that went in and swept the entire house. It was Michelle who suggested that we check with a lawyer to make sure mom's will was properly written so that if mom should pass before the house was sold it would not go into probate. This would have drawn out the selling process costing us more monthly expenses. As it was, mom's will was done correctly, but it was one less thing that mom had to worry about. Mom passed away on April 7. I would recommend Michelle to anyone who wants a high performing agent.

Michelle has been just amazing. She has helped us through every step in the process of selling our home with a great wealth of knowledge, and she is a great communicator. We could not be more pleased. She has been sympathetic with our complicated moving situation and has an answer for every question. Although our move has not yet been completed, she has promised to help us though the entire process, and I have no doubt that she will do just that. How lucky we were to find Michelle.

Our experience could not have been better. Michelle went above & beyond on several issues that came up. When we needed to make an improvement that she felt would help the sale she had the documentation to convince us it was the right way to go. When we struggled with on line procedures she was right there to help us as needed. Michelle acted as our agent on the sale of 1 home & also when we purchased our new home. Mike & I would not hesitate to recommend her or use her services again.

We were lucky to have Michelle handle the staging and presentation of our house for sale. After having an other realtor for 4 months and only one offer we switched and after proper presentation the house sold in 4 weeks at our asking price. We couldn't be more pleased.

Michelle Ritson did a wonderful job every step of the way. She was extremely responsive & gave us good advice. She has extensive knowledge of her job. She was an enormous help throughout our home buying experience. We are grateful for all of her help while buying our home.
