Michelle was very knowledgeable and professional in our search for a home or condo in Jupiter, Fl. We have two small dogs which made the search difficult for us but we wanted to remain in the town of Jupiter. When Michelle sent the info on the villa that accepted 2 small pets under 30 lbs we immediately told Michelle to see if we could schedule to see it that afternoon. Went to look at two of them and made an offer on the one we purchased. Michelle always kept in touch with us and got the answers we asked very quickly. We closed very quickly and are now enjoying our new villa. I could not be more pleased about my experience with Michelle Rinaldi, whom recently sold my Condo on Singer Island, at Connemara. Following a less than stellar interaction with other realtors, Michelle came to me with a plan, and outlined in detail how she would be manage the sales process. She pointed out several areas of improvement required to make the Condo presentable, following the Hurricane. In just a few short weeks, Michelle held multiple showings and we received a very fair offer, which we accepted. That was not the end of her effort though. Since I was out of state during this transaction, she managed all of the required paperwork on Closing Day and stayed in close communication until the funds were wired into my account. This was effortless on my part, thanks to Michelle. She then even returned my router to Comcast for me and sent me the receipt. I am pleased to say this was the most pleasant experience I have ever had with a real estate sale.
