We were really involved in the process of getting our listing ready and Michelle was great refining our ideas. I think it was exhausting preparing our home for sale, but Michelle will tell u it pays off. We contacted Michelle after we received a mailing in Canada. We were looking to sell our condo on Singer Island and had no idea where to start. The selling process is very different than Canada. There are many steps before you list and sell. Thank goodness she had us get all our ducks lined up, as our condo sold in 5 weeks! No email ever went unanswered. She staged the condo, her handyman fixed up little issues. Her husband even returned our Comcast cable boxes as we had no idea we had too.
