Michelle helped us buy and sell a house. She was great to work with, and was extremely responsive. She was very knowledgeable and gave us her thoughts on the areas and houses which was really useful for us. She was great to work with as a seller as well, she helped us get our house ready to show and worked closely with us through the process and sent us reminders as needed so we didn't forget anything.

If our questions were somewhat repeated she did not hesitate to answer the question again. Her service was impeccable. We had purchased another home and had problems. I met Michelle at a very frustrating point in my many months of home searching, with un-communicating realtors who were too busy. From the onset I could tell she had a genuine desire to help me get the home I wanted. She actually LISTENED to what I wanted, was very proactive and in constant communication. She would pick out exactly the homes that matched the features I wanted and send them to me. She easily adapted to my changing needs. Michelle is tenacious and would quickly send me any new listings and send me a text message to alert me to look at them as she understood the importance of moving fast. It felt like I was the only buyer she had!
