Having had 4 individual Realtor companies evaluate and appraise our property Michelle told us that our property was worth much more then quoted by the other 3. Once she received the contract for herself and her company, she immediately performed a complete home inspection and setup for increased sale showing and sale. It worked! With the beautiful home setup, supplying some of her own personal items, and the photography review she had supervised the New Home buyers were swarming to see our home the 1st day of the showing!
