Michelle is a Fantastic and well experienced Real estate agent! Having had 4 individual Realtor companies evaluate and appraise our property Michelle told us that our property was worth much more then quoted by the other 3. Once she received the contract for herself and her company, she immediately performed a complete home inspection and setup for increased sale showing and sale. It worked! With the beautiful home setup, supplying some of her own personal items, and the photography review she had supervised the New Home buyers were swarming to see our home the 1st day of the showing! That's all it took. Michelle had our home sold and for Thousands more then we ever hoped for. She told us what it was worth and she was right.
