I have worked with Michelle on several real estate deals and will always go to her first with any real estate transactions. She was more knowledgeable about the market and history than the "experts" that had been selling in the neighborhood for more than 20 years. She worked well with multiple prospective buyers and when one deal fell through (buyer not really ready) she had 3 showings in 2 days of putting it back on the market. And within 10 days and more than 7 showings she had 3 competing offers; all very good offers. She helped us determine which was the best and most realistic to close in a reasonable amount of time. The offers she brought were to higher end of the range; which was better that we had expected in today's market.
