Our house sold in 1 week when we listed with Michelle. She was very professional and made sure that both us the sellers and the buyers did what we needed to do in the required time frames to not slow anything down. She also went out of her way to do a few extra things to make sure everything ran smoothly.
I have worked with Michelle on several real estate deals and will always go to her first with any real estate transactions. She was more knowledgeable about the market and history than the "experts" that had been selling in the neighborhood for more than 20 years.
