Shelly Moore was recommended by my brother-in-law to sell my parents home. Shelly was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable during our initial meeting. She asked questions about what were our goals and timeline expectations. The second meeting she was well prepared with market history, mortgage trends, and marketing timetable. The photographer that was hired did an exceptional job. When the home was on the market Shelly kept me updated on the realtor feedback and items that needed attention. As a seller you need to respect the realtor’s time and limit your phone calls, texts, and emails. Once we had a contract signed and the buyer wanted some repairs Shelly was very helpful. A realtor can give you names of tradespeople but is not making recommendations - that is your responsibility to hire the contractor.
