Michelle raised her children in the San Pedro area and, through her involvement in their educations and their activities, knows about the services and amenities available in the area. Very knowledgeable and helpful.

Michell sold our estate home. We live out of state. She informed us of all required forms and rules in Calif. she regularly sent us info. Had full knowledge of current prices and got an acceptably offer within a week of listing. Took complete control since we never had to go to Calif from NY. We strongly recommend her. Jack Gray

10/10 would recommend

Michelle was given no warning by us- we called her up on a Sunday evening and ask her if she could help us put an offer in on a home we saw earlier that day. Without hesitation she sprang into action and led us every step of the way. So glad to have worked with her as first timers. She explained every question we had(there were a lot) and made buying our first house extremely easy. Thanks Michelle!
