This was our first home buying experience. It was so much easier that I expected. Michelle was always there (in person or via phone/text) to answer any questions we had and explain things any time we needed her. I felt like after the first couple of homes we looked at she knew exactly what we were looking for. Michelle was honest about the pros and cons of the homes. She pointed out details we might be interested in or things that may not meet our ideal. At the same time she was not pushy and gave us plenty of space to explore properties on our own. When we finally found our dream property there were some hiccups that were our own doing. Michelle didn’t bat an eye. She kept working with us and our lender to make sure things got ironed out. And they did! Michelle had a few tricks up her sleeve that the seller said they really appreciated. The inspector found a few items that needed repair and she negotiated almost everything to be taken care of before the sale. Most importantly, while house hunting, Michelle came with lots of snacks. :) We are so happy with our home. I can’t recommend Michelle enough to help you find your dream home!
