As a new home owner, she gave us everything we needed to understand the whole process about our VA loan. she helped us in any way she could We were very lucky to have her as our agent! Michelle was with us the whole way thru. She went above and beyond Even to the point of giving us referrals for repairs of condo we were selling. Searching the internet for parts we could not find. Usually once an agent has a listing thats it. She always kept us informed and called possible buyers agent after each showing to get feedback.
