Michelle was great from the start. She is extremely knowledgeable in every aspect. She was extremely timely with every question. As a new home owner, she gave us everything we needed to understand the whole process about our VA loan. she helped us in any way she could We were very lucky to have her as our agent! Would absolutely recommend her and would work with her again given the opportunity.
Michelle was with us the whole way thru. She went above and beyond Even to the point of giving us referrals for repairs of condo we were selling. Searching the internet for parts we could not find. Usually once an agent has a listing thats it. She always kept us informed and called possible buyers agent after each showing to get feedback. This is the second time we used Michelle and I would not use anyone else. A plus she is all for veterans. Full of knowlege , patient, and guidance on each step .

We recently engaged Michelle to sell our grandparent's home. Michelle not only knew precisly where to price the property (even higher than we thought it merited), but she demonstrated an ennourmous amount of paitence in the the process as family agreement issues (on our sell-side end) nearly twarted the transaction 2x! Michelle perservered and guided all parties, including the buyer's agent and FHA appraiser/lender, to keep it on track and see our way to a successfule on-time close! I definately recommend her.
