She is excellent at follow up and calling you back with the correct information. When I was looking online, she would tell me if there was a sale pending, would find out if there was a home owners association fee (which I did not want). I was trying to decide between Michelle and another realtor, called them both three times, each time she got right back with me, the other realtor did not and made excuses, Michelle got the job.
