I was paired with Ms. Michelle Kahl via a program from Navy Federal Credit Union when I was ready to list my late mother's house for sale and I could not have asked for better service. In addition to the emotions that go into an estate sale, I was also not local to the property. I am in Pennsylvania and my mother's property was in Maryland. Michelle went above and beyond what I ever would have expected a realtor to do. She was able to give me local contractor recommendations when some repairs were required related to some inspection findings and also did a lot of in-person activities such as letting contractors in and out of the property, confirming work had been performed, and keeping me up to date on the progress. She even cleaned out the fireplace herself when she realized it had been overlooked in the cleaning for a showing. She was always available by call or text, including reaching out to me directly through the sale process even when she was on vacation. I always felt like Michelle was giving me good advice based on the local market and her own extensive experience. I would highly recommend Michelle and her team if you are in Harford County.

She was always understanding but also quick and on top of things once we reached back out. She was always easy to get ahold of and always answered any questions we had. Our buying experience with the seller wasn't as great but Michelle made it go as smoothly as possible for us (which we are extremely thankful for).
