Michelle was an awesomeagent to have for the homebuying process, especially as a first time homebuyer! Every single question i had she was immediately giving me an answer or getting an answer to give! She was also on top of the whole situation with coordinating between everyone to make sure my closing and buying process kept moving and enabled me to close in less than 30 days! We found the property i wanted swiftly and she was very knowledgable about the areas even down to the neighborhoods. She definitely knows her stuff and i would say is an expert in her field. Even though she had other clients at the same time as me i wouldnt have noticed at all because of her dedication and attentiveness and service, going above and beyond to accomodate my late schedule, making sure that i had everything i need before my deadlines, and advising me on the offer to set me up for success so well that the buyer took our first offer! I would absolutely use her again in a heartbeat, and i would suggest her to anybody else to use her as their agent if you want the quickest, smoothest closing without needing to sacrifice top class excellent service.
