Michelle’s communication is totally on point, both orally, and written. Rarely did a day go by that we did not communicate by phone, email, or text. She is a consummate professional, in dress, the way she carries herself, knowledge, and the demonstration of true concern for her client.She is punctual, and sticks to her words. She responds to all inquiries promptly. She ensured I had the opportunity to view homes of my preference, and I ended up with a new home that ‘felt like home’. She is patient and I found her honesty refreshing. She will advise on issues of your best interest. No question is too small. I love her confidence and knowledge of the housing industry. Her negotiation skills are at the top of her game. I not only found the home of my dreams, but actually came out with a place with value higher than I paid, reasonable closing costs, and the feeling that it was a ‘win-win’ for both myself and the seller.
