Michelle was the perfect person to help me sell my home. 4 years ago she was the realtor who helped me find this home which I enjoyed greatly. When my life circumstances changed and I planned to move away she was my first thought to help me sell the home. From the start she was highly engaged and gave me the information I needed to appropriately set the sale price, which we eventually got exactly despite a market that was shifting away from the seller's advantage.
