I was relocating to Florida and only had a week to either find a place to rent or purchase a new home. I found Michelle on Zillow and called her based on prior reviews. Never having met her, I arrived on a Saturday and 6 days later was putting an offer down. Throughout those few days Michelle was amazingly responsive and accommodating. Her knowledge of the area was invaluable to me as I am new to the area. And of course, her knowledge of the process on purchasing a home here in Florida was indispensable.
