When making one of the biggest purchases of your life you really want, and need, someone you can TRUST (which is first IMO). Then dependability, knowledge, drive and finally the connection web and planning to help pull it all together. If I may explain just a little... I have felt right from the start that I could just lay the situation out there with Michelle, because I thought that she would tell me the truth, and she did. See it wasn't hurry buy a house, it was I'm going to do everything in my power and imagination to help find you a home that you want in your comfort range of style and affordability. With her resources she put me in contact with a second mortgage broker (yes, she also recommended the first) that handles different mortgage programs that fit my needs a little better and he did a great job getting it to all work out. But the first mortgage guy was great also, Michelle just saw I needed something a little different. Michelle at one point started calling owners that had taken their home off the market to help. Lastly, I wasn't then, nor am I now afraid that I wouldn't be able to get a hold of her. Even when she went out of town, or during one my many miss dials she always happily called me back.
