After multiple open houses. fixing my MLS listing my prior agent screwed up, finding home insurance for my old home when no one is insuring them. She had cleaners, lawn service, pressure washers, inspectors, plumbers, electricians, etc... She pulled permits I couldn't find, and records. where the prior agent screwed up my home valuation Michelle fixed. She even has a nice photographer too :) with a drone for photos and 360 view. What about comps you asked? She got you covered like the magnum in your wallet. Oh wait, there's more. Our sellers for the home we wanted, did not want to wait for another buyer. They didn't want the contingency anymore. Michelle set me up with NAF to buy the sellers home for us in order to buy from them once our home sold. The other best part. SHE COMMUNICATES with your real-estate lawyer, insurance provider, mortgage company, all of it. She even gave me the best cost method for moving. I changed lenders 4x with her (this is totally on me, I had 17 lenders on an Excel sheet getting the best rate possible) Changed law firms once (the original closed their doors) went through 2 buying processes for my current home 5 buyers, 3 escrow pay outs, 1 valid buyer (VA Buyer) remaining FHA buyers 1 bad agent we worked with until Wendy was removed 4 inspections 2 of whom had ZERO clue on my AC system (TY Rinaldi), no clue how a salt water pool system works, and zero clues on how solar hot water system works. While I may have been the most unique crazy experience of home buying and selling experience for her, it was definitely her saving grace that kept me in play and allowed us to buy a 5/4 within our budget, in the county we wanted, quiet, and checked most of our boxes. My 3498 5/4 full bath home I can say we truly love it. Michelle made it happen. She will fight the good fight with a LOT of these clueless agents out there.
