This is the second time I have used Michelle, and again she has not let me down. She is vary knowledgeable and if she cant answer your question she will go to the end of the galaxy to find it. She will replay to your emails the same day or call witch is a very good plus for me. She will fight for you if the paper work is not right. i will continue to use her as I am vary pleased with her work and professionalism

Michelle is a powerhouse. She handled literally everything for us and kept us well informed. I could not have asked for a better agent. We were out of state through this process so she even took the time to coordinate with local contractors and a housekeeper to get the repairs and cleaning taken care of.
