We Purchased a house in Middletown Ri with Michelle's help in a process that kicked off on July 2nd. She was totally responsive and provided both valuable strategic and tactical guidance throughout the process. We are locals to the island but still benifitted meaningfully from her insight on neighborhoods, the properties, common issues and local inspectors and trades people. I trusted her judgment from the beginning and was comfortable referring her to my Mother who is considering selling her home.
