Michelle exceeded every expectation and completely changed my opinion of the profession. From the beginning, she earned our trust through her honesty, responsiveness, and willingness to go above and beyond for our family. She was very generous with her time, and made a stressful process feel manageable. We relocated from out of state with two young kids, and our needs changed multiple times throughout the process as we navigated uncertainty around commutes and whether we’d be dual income or temporarily single income. Michelle adapted seamlessly every step of the way. She is extremely knowledgeable about the different neighborhoods and local services, and her guidance was invaluable.
