If you’re not going with Michelle Denson and Premiere, you’re on the wrong path to selling your home. As first-time home sellers, we didn’t know all the little boxes that needed checked. But Michelle was there the entire way and took care of all the heavy lifting and made the whole process smooth and hiccup-free. Michelle is a great communicator who will put all of the contract garble into understandable terms, which helped us immensely. She’s incredibly loyal to her clients and was aggressive and fair when needed to get things accomplished in our favor. Michelle always had our best interests in mind, which gave us peace of mind. She also was caring and understanding when we had questions or wanted to change numbers or counteroffers.
