Michelle was an excellent agent that represented us through our homebuying experience. My fiancé and I were first time home buyers in a dynamic and fast paced market. Michelle let us take our time, showed us countless properties, provided valuable outside perspective when making offer decisions, and always went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed to make an informed decision. From the start, we never felt pressured to make an offer on and property. She always insisted that we only make and offer if we liked the house and could see our life happening there. To that effect, she was always available when we wanted to go see a property. She would frequently reach out to us about properties that we may be interested in and always listened to our feedback when viewing a property to tailor future selections. Finally, when we had questions about the properties, she was always quick to answer, contact the selling agent, or leverage her connections to get us an answer. Michelle was also great because even after our offer was accepted, she made sure we were supported through to the close of the transaction. We could not have asked for a better agent to represent us in our first home buying experience.
