Michelle was also great because even after our offer was accepted, she made sure we were supported through to the close of the transaction. I was very pleased and impressed with the attention and care Michelle gave in serving as our Realtor for the recent sale of our home. Immediately she went to work marketing the property and arranging for tours and an open house by helping us prepare and stage our home. She even went so far as to lend us a beautiful palm tree that provided the finishing touch the staging plan for our home. Although our house was built over 30 years ago, Michelle helped us with needed repairs so that the house was acceptable to insurance companies, important to a home buyer!
