We were looking to purchase a second home in North Carolina and currently live in Florida. Working long distance can be a challenge but, Michelle was an excellent realtor for us to engage. We provided our "wish list" and she was able to easily set up potential matches for us to review. When we expressed interest, she physically went out and visited and video'd some of the homes giving both positive and negative feedback that was incredibly helpful and accurate ( as we learned when we saw one she suggested we may not like). We were limited in our time in NC and she pared down our listings to those she thought were the best - and she was right. We found our second home after 1 day of touring various locations! Michelle walked us through the entire purchase and close process with ease- not being familiar with the NC process, she clearly provided guidance and recommended experts that we needed.
