I have known Michelle for almost 25 years. She became our agent in 2013 to sell our home in Troutdale. During that time she assisted me in buying my very first home by myself, in Gresham. In 2018 she assisted us in purchasing our dream home in Happy Valley. In 2022 she referred us to an agent in Bend to assist us in purchasing our vacation home in Central Oregon. In 2023, when I was closing in on retirement, we decided to sell our Happy Valley home. With the interest rates and the housing market Michelle let us know the market was a challenge, but she assured us she would do everything in her power to sell our beautiful home. We made sure our home was "turn key" ready for her to list. Her attention to detail and her knowledge of the housing market was incredible. Her personality is always positive and upbeat and it gives you the encouragement that everything is going to work out. In August we found the perfect buyers for our home and they were in love with it. Michelle goes above and beyond to assist her sellers and buyers in every way that she can.
