Since the first day that we start working with Michelle she take care of all of conecerns and explain to us every step in the process making sure that we were informed all the time about the process and the situation regarding our home, she never let us down our check on us during all this process, she explained everything to us to make sure we understand because this was our first selling and we were not sure how everything should work but she make it possible for us a smooth process and a successful selling. We enjoy working with her and we hope to do it again in a close future.

Ms. Butler was very professional and very helpful in answering all of our questions regarding the sale of our property. I would recommend her services in the future. On another note re the company: The only negative thing I can say is about her company and getting the agents paid from the sale of a property in a more timely manner. Whoever takes care of the finalization of the sales works entirely too slow and the agent(s) had to wait well over a month or more for payment.
