Michelle was very knowledgable of the market and recommended an "asking price" that maximized the value of the property but also was competitive in the market. Her communication was excellent, very timely and always responsive. She approached every aspect of the process with utmost professionalism. She went above-and-beyond that of typical agent. I was located out of state during the sale and she made the whole process stress-free just like I was around the corner!

Fast, efficient, ethical and organize. When there was an issue she was there with the answers. And may I add very charismatic. She earned more then the commission she earned both our and the buyers respect and appreciation.

I really was shocked at how easy it was!! My mother had health issues; so Michelle had to really go ABOVE n BEYOND on most everything! Money was tight and ALOT had to be done, inside n out!! So, Michelle found people who would WAIT til escrow closed, to be paid!! THAT alone was a big help!! She worked with us at every turn; answered questions, told us what to expect, advised us, returned all calls; etc etc!! Michelle took what COULD BEEN a nightmare, and made it go SMOOTH AS SILK!! She also was accurate on what price to ask; she listed it at 149,900 and it recieved several offers; sold within 2 weeks, at 145,000!! So yes, my mom and I were very pleased, and would recommend Michelle Bassett to anyone!! On a personal note; WISH I could had her to sell my home in Torrance, 17 years prior!!
