Michelle came to the relationship very prepared. Her understanding of the market, and our particular neighborhood, was great. Her insight and suggestions for preparing for showing were much needed, and we ended up with a home that photographed and showed really well because of her. Once the offers started coming in, it was apparent that her strategy for showing the home worked to our advantage. When dealing with numerous offers on the home, she was able to present that information in a concise and easily digestible manner so that we could make the right decision. We would recommend her to anybody looking to sell a home.

Michelle was available at all hours of the day/night. Whenever we called, she answered. She was able to help us negotiate on both the buy and sell side of our transaction and we were able to navigate each transaction without losing any sleep. She was a great resource.

We met Michelle at an open house she hosted nearly 5 years ago, long before we knew for sure we would end up in Ann Arbor. Throughout the years, she has remained in contact and has been a friend and ambassador for Ann Arbor, introducing us to many wonderful places and people and finding us great services related to home buying, furnishing, etc. It took a while for us to successfully purchase a house given the the many challenges of the market in Ann Arbor, and the added complications of the pandemic. Michelle was fantastic. We listed our house right at the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic, and she made everything easy, smooth, and comfortable. She had great knowledge of the area and how to price our home correctly (and she was spot on!). She had knowledgeable suggestions for making our home shine, but never did we feel any pressure to accommodate her suggestions. She was always available and held our hands through our first home selling experience. Who knew that selling a home during a pandemic could be so smooth?? I have already recommended her to several friends and will continue to.

Michelle helped us sell our home in early April right in the middle of the Covid-19 pandemic. She did an amazing job and was able to help us get multiple offers within two days of putting it on the market. During this time, no one was able to physically see our house, nor could we do an open house. Michelle created a great marketing package and helped spread the word to her realtor connections. She is amazing to work with and throughout the process went above and beyond what we expected out of a realtor.
