Not just a Real Estate Agent... A Real Estate Whisperer

Where do we begin? My wife and I had been looking for the perfect first home in the LA/OC area for over 2 years. We started with one agent, who just wasn't cutting it and had dragged the process out for years. That's when we found Michelle, and we learned what a *true* real estate agent is like. Michelle was so patient and informative during home tours. She taught us a ton about the home-buying process, mortgages, homeownership, etc. She's an expert on it all. She helped us hone in on what was important to us in a house. And she learned what types of homes we were looking for. She found us one that we loved within just a couple of weeks (in a really tight market!). She coached us through the bidding process (which we won), and gave us a ton of great advice through the home inspection and escrow. When it came time to close, she negotiated a seller credit of $4000 for us. By the end, we didn't just find a great real estate agent, we found a good friend who we will stay in touch with for years to come. She's the best there is, and we recommend her to all our friends and family.
