Where do we begin? My wife and I had been looking for the perfect first home in the LA/OC area for over 2 years. Michelle was so patient and informative during home tours. She taught us a ton about the home-buying process, mortgages, homeownership, etc. She's an expert on it all. She coached us through the bidding process (which we won), and gave us a ton of great advice through the home inspection and escrow. When it came time to close, she negotiated a seller credit of $4000 for us. By the end, we didn't just find a great real estate agent, we found a good friend who we will stay in touch with for years to come. She's the best there is, and we recommend her to all our friends and family.
