Great professionalism, always available, and very knowledgeable, especially dealing with the two different Associations with my property. They went well above and beyond what other real estate agents have done for me in the past. They are highly recommended, especially during the high stress of buying or selling a house. Also when little problems came up they always had answers on how to fix it’s in my favor. Could not be more pleased with the outcome. I would definitely use the Amato’s again. Even if I was going to move out of state I would have them help. Their attention to detail, knowledge of Real Estate markets, loans, and everything in between is outstanding. If they don’t know an answer, they are honest and find someone who does to get back to me. Their networking system is large and makes using them extremely convenient. They both had great advice to give during the process and were extremely pleasant to work with.
I want to thank Michelle for rising above a very difficult situation. She was my Mother's agent and had to deal with my Mom's difficult ways. I can't speak for everything but Michelle was fair and showed true professionalism throughout the entire sale of the home. I feel my Mom misrepresented Michelle and all she did for her. She was passionate, patient and helpful during the entire process. She even offered to help my Mom with moving cost (U-haul Truck) but she refused any help.
