Amato Agents went above and beyond for this transaction. From beginning to end Michelle and Bobby guided me through the selling process and helped to make me feel at ease throughout some of the normal speed bumps the escrow process provided. I saw first hand how well they were at negotiating when it came down to the appraisal. Our home did not appraise for our initial escrow price and I was able to witness how they navigated through that hiccup and were still able to NET me the absolute top dollar for my home.
