I reached out to Michell on Jan. 17th saying we wanted to move by the end of Feb. The following Saturday we looked at 10 houses and then we closed Feb. 26th. While the process seemed like a lot (being a first time homebuyer), Michell was on top of everything and made it as quick and easy as possible. So we couldve went with a different agent thru rocket that had a cheaper rate, but keeping things simple we decided to keep Michell as our selling agent too. So so so glad we did. Anove and beyond helping get it ready to hit the market, had us do what needed to be done and what not to be done..... then had her dad help out which was all the way around win win win for us. Time is precious with a newborn, 2 yr old and 4 yr old, and she saved us so much time. We had offers 6 hours after listing and multiples over the weekend it went live. Got more than we listed for and Michell was always there when we asked any question about it, and even after the sale now too. Glad we are done with all this and glad we had her from the very start..... would recommend her to everyone

After telling Michell to put us on the back burner because we weren’t gonna be ready to move right away, and to just email us the new listings with our criteria, a text out of the blue to her was all it took and she had us setup to view a house the next day. The next day we had an offer in. Two days later it was accepted. She was super friendly and laid back, not pressing at all. She answered all of our questions and tried to answer the ones that i shouldve asked someone else (lenders side).
