Michell was assigned to me by my lender, and I don't know that I could have found a better agent if I had to do it on my own. From the beginning, Michell paid attention to my criteria, my needs, and my wants and made the process of looking for a house so much easier, without the overwhelming feeling you get with info overload. I am a person who knows what they want, and when I set my sights on what I want, I drive forward until I've achieved my goals. While I understand this probably made things a bit easier for Michell, I can honestly say that she understood my goals and worked her tail off helping me achieve them. This is my first home, and the buying process was wrought with seller drama, but Michell fought tooth and nail to make sure that I was getting everything I was promised, going above and beyond to work with highly competent contractors and inspectors, and writing up bullet-proof contracts to ensure the seller lived up to their end of the deal. Michell has built a solid network of professionals that are amazing to have on your side, and I imagine this is a good quality for both buying and selling your home. I am now setting my roots down in the best city in the world, and ready to build the next chapter of my life with the stress and anxiety of the home buying process behind me. Michell was absolutely amazing to work with. I'm 1st time home buyer and michell really took the time to make sure I was 100% clear on every step of the process. When I would get discouraged about finding a new home her positive up beat attitude kept me going. Once we finally found the home that I got we thought it would be smooth sailing from there but it wasn't. The seller was not easy to work with at all. I work at rocket mortgage and have heard storied about crazy sellers but to actually see it was a whole new experience. She was rude to me my mom the home inspector and mostly to michell. But as rude and snappy as the seller was Michell still stayed professional. I appreciate that. I would absolutely refer to any1 I know looking to buy.
