Michelle helped us sell and buy a home and I could not have asked for a more knowledgeable and easy to work with person. As a Central Coast Native she has extensive knowledge about both the local housing market and communities. She explained each step so that there were never any surprises, if we had questions she was just a text or call away and she always made us feel comfortable, like we were working with a friend. It took us over a year to find our forever home and during that time Michelle was willing to meet us after work, on Sunday afternoon, whenever we were available to show us a potential house. She came to each showing prepared, with enough knowledge of the property and market we could make a competitive offer right away. This process can be one of the most stressful times in a person's life, but working with Michelle and knowing that she had our best interest in mind was so helpful and reassuring.
