Every agent asks you what kind of house you are looking for, but Michele said she would set up automatic email alerts every time a matching house came up for sale. That way you can look at the info before they are ready for viewing. When we got an offer accepted, she was very thorough reviewing details during the closing process.

When it came time to negotiating the price Michelle was great at it. She communicated well with us and was respectful of our concerns . She also thought of things that we didn’t even know we needed.
