Michele thoroughly reviewed area comps and placed contingencies in the bid to make sure I received what was fair. Michele explained all the document details before sending them for my review and answered my questions prior to me Docusigning. I really liked the Docusign experience because I could read through the documents at my pace on my time before signing. I recommend Michele because she stayed in communication with me and made sure I knew when she would be available especially since we were in the midst of the holiday season. Michele helped me sell my home quickly so I could close on another home. Even though I needed a quick close she got me above asking on the sale. She hired a professional photographer who did an incredible job and walked me through everything. She even gave me advice on my offers on my new place out-of-state and she was so supportive when I was overwhelmed. I would highly recommend her.
