I highly recommend Michele and David. They went above and beyond, and by listening to their advice I was able to quickly sell my house at the price I wanted. I’d lived in my home for 34 years, and while in excellent shape, it needed a cosmetic update. They arranged everything for me, updating the look of the home for today’s buyers. Michele was honest, thoughtful, capable, efficient and she knows the market and how to sell a house. The online marketing was eye-catching, and my friends who saw it said she and her team made the house look fabulous. She always responded quickly to my texts and phone calls, answering my questions fully. I was given excellent guidance on filling out the necessary disclosures and all the other confusing (to me) paperwork needed to sell a house in today’s real estate environment. I was traveling throughout the whole staging, marketing, showing and sale process, in numerous countries, time zones and types of transportation (air and ship). She kept me informed every step of the way, definitely going the extra mile, and always friendly, helpful and enthusiastic. She exceeded my expectations in every way.
