She set up times when WE were available, made sure the properties met OUR guidelines, not hers, and made all the arrangements with an excellent inspection company. She went well beyond what most brokers have done, including representing our needs with the HOA, taking video, and helping us move in AFTER the closing! My fiance and I worked with Michele extensively to purchase a house. We had a goal of closing before our wedding, though we didn't get started as early as would be ideal. She was relentless in scheduling showings and was very flexible in the searching process. Once we found the home we wanted, she was incredibly quick in getting the bid and counter-bids in and working with all parties to get closing finished as soon as possible.
