Moving from one state to another is already stressful enough, but Michele made purchasing a house here in Florida so pleasant. Her attention to detail and knowledge of the area are top notch. Not to mention her out of the box thinking and negotiating skills! Her and her staff (Skyler) go above and beyond and you can honestly tell how much they care about you and your family. As a long-time resident of the planet (70+), I have lived numerous places in the US and overseas, which has necessitated many moves and accompanying real estate transactions; during all the time, I have never met an agent as effective and responsive as Michelle Tanner, here in Sarasota. Her primary attribute (in addition to her in depth knowledge of local market and conditions?): she listens. When she offered her thoughts on a price for our condo, we disagreed. She didn’t argue but did further research based on our comments and we picked a better (i.e. higher) number, which we achieved. Part of this was price, but the rest was marketing: she knows the market and the video she produced made it an easy sale. She also found our new home in downtown Sarasota, and the reason she did so? Because she listened to what we wanted and found that place for us. We were spared the agony of weeks of fruitless time-wasting searches. All real estate transactions encounter their share of hiccups and ours (both buying and selling) were no exception. Michelle was right there with us as we worked through the various impediments that arose; my wife was so impressed with Michelle’s work that she announced she was going to do whatever Michelle recommended, regardless! I am not sure I would totally sign up for that but I must say she was certainly there for us through the whole process. Finally, my wife and I both agree that Michelle is fundamentally a genuine person who will succeed when you succeed. She has my highest praise.

Michelle gave us an enlightening tour of Sarasota. She knows the area well. She took strived to understand our needs with that in mind she direct us to the perfect home. Her and her team have been most helpful assisting us from afar and directing us to local resources for our relocation process.

AMAZING .... That's what Michele is! We are relocating from NY. We met Michele a few years back and even told her we weren't ready to make the move yet, and she was kind enough to spend an entire day showing us around to get a feel for the areas. Fast forward about 2 years, we were ready to take the plunge, so we flew down and she found us our waterfront dream house. She shined throughout the negotiations and closing process (she even negotiated that the sellers leave their kayaks and surprised us with it :-). She was always available when needed, great communication and execution. Then came closing day .... our lender kept telling us things would be ready, but we kept waiting and waiting. Michele knew we had to catch a flight back to NY the next day and it HAD to get done that day! So Michele, being the get-it-done kind of woman that she is, had us drive to the closing company and we sat in the parking lot until the paperwork was emailed over, so we could close. It was a stressful day (due to our lender - NOT Michelle), and Michele made us margaritas in the parking lot while we waited! It was the perfect thing to take the edge off and it also made for a really fun story. The paperwork was finally sent at 5:01 pm (they closed at 5:00), but Michele had the foresight to know that if we were there waiting, that they'd take care of us. There are some good agents out there, and there are some really bad ones ... Michele is neither ... she is in a category of her own .... SIMPLY AMAZING!
