My husband and I had the pleasure of purchasing a villa in Dunedin, FL, with the help of Michele Ranjbar from Coldwell Banker. Our situation was unique, as we live in Canada and were looking for a winter home. We met Michele at an open house she was hosting last November. We had encountered many agents at open houses over the past year, but Michele stood out with her professionalism. After speaking with her, we knew she was the agent we wanted to work with. Having lived in Canada before, she understood the challenges we would face. After a few months of receiving daily condo listings from Michele, we found a home we liked.
