We recently sold our home with Michele Michael, she was also our realtor when we bought the house. The process both times was seamless. She walked us through everything start to finish. There was even a bidding war over the house. She knew exactly what to do to give it the curb appeal we needed to sell it quick. The listing was fantastic. The house sold the first day it was on the market. She was there every step of the way from start to finish even when she didn’t have to be. She was a dog with a bone with the other realtor when they didn’t do what they were supposed to or get paperwork completed on time. She didn’t collect her money and run like most realtors do, never to be heard from again. She worked for us, not for herself. Michelle is very knowledgeable and knows the ends and outs of real estate. If she doesn’t know something, she knows someone that does. Her advice has always been on point! We couldn’t be happier! Where do I even begin? As first-time home buyers, Michele seriously made this process feel like we knew the ins and outs. We bought our house with only having Michele see the home before we did- which seems super scary, but that's how much we trusted her. Michele is the only realtor I want working for me. She is extremely knowledgeable and had been working in the industry for over two decades. Michele was always available when my wife and I (first time home buyers) had a house we wanted to see. After visiting over twenty listing, Michele helped us navigate the process of putting in an offer and signing the paperwork. Michele was and will always be my go to realtor. When we found the house that we wanted, another couple wanted the house too. So of course a bidding war took place. Michele didn’t run for the hills, but she worked with the sales realtor to persuade the owners not to put the house back on the market confirming that we still wanted the house, but yet being honest with the owners. She spoke for us and about us in such a well manner way that the owners decided to wait on us instead of putting the house back on the market. Michele sets an incomparable bar for any other realtor out there in Maryland and I did my homework on multiple realtors and even talked/ low-keyed interviewed them lol to see who was a better fit for my family. Michele is OUTSTANDING and I am so happy that I went with her!!!! Now, we are in our new home that we love, closing was stressful not because of Michele, but because of the unforeseen things like covid and not knowing how everything would turn out. But what can I say we made it through with Michele and got what we wanted with bonuses on top, we got money back at closing instead of dishing out money, low interest rate, and the icing on the cake our house was appraised at approximately $30,000-$40,000 more than we paid!
