Michele is a match made in heaven! My husband (active duty) and I began our house-hunting process out of state and were looking for a realtor that was not only great at their job, but also very personable. In a market like today, many realtors are strictly business, however Michele was very understanding of our circumstances and genuinely wanted the best house for us. She treats her clients as if she's selling or buying a house for a family member. I actually contacted Michele based on great reviews of her from the Fort Meade area. While out of state, Michele conducted a lot of virtual tours for us, was very flexible with her time and schedule (I felt a little bad asking for a virtual tour last minute at times but she got it scheduled!), and would also keep communication open. She let us know what days/times she was not available but when she was available, she HUSTLED. Buying a house these days was an emotional rollercoaster to be honest, and during those times, Michele was very empathetic. Michele found our dream home in Arnold, and despite the unique circumstance (seller originally didn't not accept VA offers), she spoke with the seller's agent and discussed a plan where both seller and buyer would be satisfied. In the end, we got the house!! She has been such a joy to work with and will most definitely recommend her to our friends moving to Fort Meade area soon! Not to mention, she has a lot of connections to many local contractors that she has kept a strong relationship with for years. In fact, we have hired one of those contractors to install a new HVAC and got the best deal in the area! We are so grateful for Michele, she is an exceptional realtor and friend!
