Michele was the ultimate real estate agent. I moved to Florida from out of state and only had one weekend to look for a home on short notice. Michele was very helpful in finding an investment property for me. I had specific requirements and she was able to assist in every way. The home that I settled on was purchased at a very reasonable price, which allowed me to make improvements to the home and still allowing me the ability to make my margin. She was present during the home inspection. This is not normal for most reators, but she goes that extra step to make sure that everything goes smoothly. She is very informative and willing to assist in any way possible. I will continue to use Michele for future real estate requirements.
