I'd never purchased a property before and I found a beautiful vacant lot that looked like a great place to build my dream home. And there, on the property, was a For Sale sign with Michele's name and phone number. I called. We instantly hit it off and she was happy to help me and hold my hand thru my first ever real estate purchase. Honestly, the process was ludicrous, I was being pummeled by a serious fire-hose of information from the mortgage and escrow companies! I was having doubts and second thoughts, had I made a mistake? I was a nervous wreck! But Michele assured me that I was making the right decision and it was a great deal on a gorgeous view 8+ acre property! She was right! After the fire hose finally subsided, I spent time hiking the land, enjoying the beautiful sunset views plus getting to know the neighborhood and the neighbors and I was reassured I had made the right decision. And bonus, in only a few short months, the value of the property had almost doubled what I paid!!! And then... I went back to the firehose!!!! Shortly after purchasing the land with the plan to start building my dream home over the next several years, I received notice that the house I was renting was being sold!!!! Oh nooooo! So, Michele helped me purchase another property, this time with a complete house on it!!! And I love it!!!!! But, that pesky firehose was even bigger this time, but again, Michele held my hand through the whole scary process and now I have a beautiful home plus a dream lot and both have been gaining in value!!!!
