I can not say enough about the quality of service we received working with Michelle. We initially were going to just tour a model home based on a floor plan we had seen online. While scheduling that appointment, Michelle asked us if we would be interested in seeing similar homes in the area. Thank goodness for her foresight because we ended up not liking the only community in the area that we could build the home we had seen online. Instead, we ended up purchasing a newly constructed home in a different community from a different developer. Michelle walked us through the entire purchase process and was available to answer our questions. She also did the initial walk through with us, helping us to make note of any and all items that needed attention prior to moving in. She forwarded us a copy of the notes and brought it with her on the final walk through, making sure that all items had been addressed. She liaised with the the builder on our behalf. She even offered to meet with vendors for us as we were not in the area. Her kindness and expertise made our home buying much less stressful than it could have been. On top of all of that, she brought us the most thoughtful welcome gift, showing us that she had listened to us throughout the process and cared about what we cared about. This was not a simple insert in the MLS and hope for the best. It was time for a huge life change, moving to a continuing care life community. This entailed getting the house picture perfect to sell, sorting through a lifetime of possessions which included a packed three car garage, arranging an estate sale and getting the house cleaned prior to closing. I was so fortunate to have met my neighbor, Michele who helped me through every stage of this process. She enlisted her husband, Frank, who helped with pre listing repairs and her son, Joe, who took amazing photos for the listing. Michelle has extensive knowledge of the market and great communication skills. Michelle stopped by or called frequently always willing to help any way she could. She was also very helpful in dealing with a very difficult and demanding buyer. Obvious that she was well liked and respected by the closing company who she persuaded to close earlier than originally scheduled. My former home was priced well, staged well and marketed well. Full price offer negotiated from the first potential buyer the first day of showing. Wish I could say that the rest of the process was as easy as the sale but it was not. Michele stood by me and helped wrap up the dreadful details of a three day estate sale, clean out of the remaining goods and hiring and supervising a very thorough cleaning crew. I will always consider Michele a true and caring friend as well as a thoroughly knowledgeable, ethical and professional realtor.
